This is a role for someone who enjoys the human side of HR, not someone who hides behind policy or process.

They're a business that genuinely cares about the quality of what they deliver and how it feels to work there, and their People team sits at the heart of protecting that culture as the company grows.

As the HR Manager, you'll be central to that mission.

- Overseeing key people processes across the employee lifecycle, including probation, absence management and performance reviews.
- Supporting wellbeing initiatives, occupational health referrals and flexible working requests.
- Ensuring policies are applied fairly and consistently, providing guidance on employment legislation and people-related risk, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Identifying recurring themes across people matters and helping the business address root causes rather than symptoms.
- Supporting recruitment activity through values and culture interviewing.
- Using AI tools to reduce administrative effort and support research, preparation and insight, creating more time for conversations and relationships.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in shaping leadership development, supporting teams through periods of growth and change, and contributing to projects that strengthen culture and performance across the business.
- Your Skills & Experience
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, OR strong operational HR experience across a broad range of employee relations matters.

- The confidence to have honest conversations and navigate situations others may avoid.
