This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys delivering, leading, and getting stuck in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end wireless projects, including site surveys, design, implementation, upgrades and handover
  • Design and support enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions across campus, office and large‑scale environments
  • Deliver and support wireless security solutions including authentication, access control and policy enforcement
  • Provide senior‑level support across Wireless, LAN, WAN and Security environments
  • Lead network refreshes, migrations and new deployments with a strong wireless component
  • Support network management and governance, including standards, documentation and best practices
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable, high‑performance wireless solutions
  • Remain hands‑on while guiding technical direction and supporting junior engineers where required

Technical Skills & Experience

  • CCNP level (or equivalent experience), ideally Wireless‑focused
  • Strong enterprise Wireless LAN experience (design, deployment, optimisation, troubleshooting)
  • Cisco Wireless technologies (e.g. Catalyst Wireless, WLCs, APs, Meraki Wireless)
  • Experience with Cisco ISE / 802.1X / NAC in wireless environments
  • Solid background in enterprise routing & switching
  • Exposure to network security technologies (Firepower, firewalling, segmentation)
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments
  • Proven project delivery experience, not just operational support

What They’re Looking For

  • A hands‑on engineer who leads by doing
  • Comfortable owning projects while supporting live enterprise environments
  • Pragmatic, delivery‑focused, and confident working across the business
