The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll coordinate the design and implementation of enterprise network solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will serve as the key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, balancing technical insight with project management expertise to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and technical teams, aligning timelines and resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Delivery Oversight: Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise network projects, including coordinating teams, managing schedules, and mitigating risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with network engineers to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure all project deliverables meet technical specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining delivery processes, identifying lessons learned, and sharing insights to optimize future project outcomes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Project Management Experience: 3-8 years managing technical or network-focused projects, ideally in a Managed Services or IT Services business.
  • Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g. Prince2) are highly desirable.
  • Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise network technologies – LAN, Wireless, Firewalls is extremely beneficial.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
