Following continued success and expansion, they’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Support Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive excellence across their network operations. The Role
As Enterprise Network Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 4–8 engineers, including apprentices, to deliver robust, proactive network management and continuous service improvement. You’ll oversee both the support and build functions — ensuring stability, reliability, and innovation across the company’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Network Engineers (ranging from CCNA to CCIE levels).
- Manage and optimise network and server infrastructure to ensure top-tier performance.
- Oversee documentation, scheduling, and change management processes.
- Handle senior escalations and manage the resolution of complex incidents.
- Ensure SLAs, policies, and procedures are met and maintained.
- Collaborate closely with the build team to support network growth and development.
- Foster a proactive, learning-driven environment for apprentices and junior engineers.
