This role sits within a growing transformation function and will play a key part in the ongoing optimisation and development of the organisation’s Salesforce environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and reporting functionality
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, profiles, and security settings
  • Supporting Salesforce users across the business by troubleshooting issues and providing guidance
  • Delivering user training and documentation to improve adoption and usability
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Managing data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication activities
  • Creating dashboards and reports to support business insight and decision-making
  • Supporting automation initiatives using Salesforce Flows and approval processes
  • Coordinating testing and communication around Salesforce releases and platform updates
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation
  • Working closely with stakeholders, third-party vendors, and developers where required
  • Supporting wider transformation initiatives outside of Salesforce when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce-focused role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud environments
  • Understanding of CRM processes and business workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Desirable experience:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • Experience working within transformation or change-focused environments
  • Exposure to integrations with third-party business systems
