Location: Flexible (Hybrid)

Salary: £90,000–£120,000 + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive (DOE)

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and executing our product and services strategy while driving sustainable commercial growth. You'll lead the development of differentiated managed services, build strategic vendor and channel relationships, support complex enterprise opportunities and create an organisation capable of delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, marketing and operations to ensure every part of the business is aligned around recurring services revenue and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and develop new and emerging products, keeping abreast of the latest technical landscape across Enterprise Networking, Voice and Collaboration and Smart Buildings.
  • Define and execute the company's managed services and technical strategy.
  • Build and grow profitable service-centric business units.
  • Develop recurring revenue opportunities across enterprise and public sector markets.
  • Lead the transition from product sales to a services-first commercial model.
  • Create compelling managed service propositions aligned to customer and market demand.
  • Support and influence major enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Build, develop and mentor high-performing pre-sales, solution architecture and technical leadership teams.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers, vendors and channel partners.
  • Work closely with marketing to strengthen the company's brand, messaging and market positioning.
  • Represent the company at customer events, conferences and executive briefings.

About You

You'll be an experienced technology leader with a track record of building successful IT services businesses. You'll understand how to align technology, people and commercial strategy to create sustainable growth.

You'll also bring:

  • Significant leadership experience within managed enterprise networking and/or communications services.
  • Previous experience in a Senior Solutions Architect or Lead Presales or Product development position.
  • Strong product development experience within a multivendor environment (Cisco, Juniper, HPE/Aruba).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience growing recurring revenue businesses.
  • Experience leading enterprise sales engineering, solution architecture or technical consultancy teams.
  • Expertise designing and launching managed service offerings.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, public sector organisations and channel partners.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • The credibility to engage confidently with C-level executives, technology leaders and strategic partners.

  • Enterprise Networking - Cisco, Juniper, HPE/Aruba
  • Managed Network Services - Cisco, Juniper, HPE/Aruba
  • Unified Communications & Collaboration - Cisco, Microsoft, other vendors
  • Network Security – Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet
