The Opportunity
Got a vibrant personality and a passion for breaking into IT sales? We’re looking for a Sales Account Coordinator to join our high-energy Sales Operations team. As a Sales Account Coordinator, you’ll support our experienced sales team by ensuring seamless operations, impeccable data accuracy, and exceptional client service. You’ll work closely with internal teams, manage client accounts, and build the foundation for a successful sales career while representing our brand with pride.
What You’ll Do
- Master the Data: Accurately input and maintain client and opportunity data in our CRM systems, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Support the Team: Provide proactive, efficient support to the sales team, helping them focus on closing deals and delighting clients.
- Impress Clients: Be a friendly, professional point of contact, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with ease.
- Boost Efficiency: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline processes and stay ahead of the game.
- Take Ownership: Manage run-rate opportunities for your accounts and support vendor deal registrations to secure competitive pricing.
- Create Quality: Contribute to client documentation like sales quotes, proposals, and scopes of work, ensuring they’re polished and professional.
- Solve Problems: Escalate and resolve client queries quickly, working with the team to deliver rapid solutions.
