Following continued success and expansion, they’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive excellence across their network operations. Based in a modern, collaborative Central London office (with flexible hybrid options), this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the network team and play a pivotal part in mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers.
The Role
As Enterprise Network Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 4–8 engineers, including apprentices, to deliver robust, proactive network management and continuous service improvement. You will oversee both the support and build functions — ensuring stability, reliability, and innovation across the company’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Network Engineers (ranging from CCNA to CCIE levels).
- Manage and optimise network and server infrastructure to ensure top-tier performance.
- Oversee documentation, scheduling, and change management processes.
- Handle senior escalations and manage the resolution of complex incidents.
- Ensure SLAs, policies, and procedures are met and maintained.
- Collaborate closely with the build team to support network growth and development.
- Foster a proactive, learning-driven environment for apprentices and junior engineers.

You’re a confident, technically skilled leader with a strong foundation in Cisco enterprise technologies and a passion for guiding others. You thrive in dynamic environments, balance hands-on technical insight with strong people management, and are motivated by creating structure, efficiency, and team growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing or leading a network engineering team.
- Solid understanding of Cisco enterprise networking - LAN, Wireless, Security, Software Defined technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in network performance monitoring, incident resolution, and service improvement.
- A passion for mentoring, developing, and empowering engineers at all levels.
