Salary: £25,500 - £26,900 per annum

Additional Earnings: £3,000 - £9,000 per year from sleep‑ins

Hours: 08:00‑22:00, 39 hours per week (long day shifts plus sleep‑ins)

Contract: Full‑time, temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required

About The Role

Our client is looking for full‑time Childrens Residential Support Workers to join their team in Liverpool, working within family‑style residential homes. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is a rewarding role where you will play a vital part in helping young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe, loving, and supportive home environment.
