Account Lead We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and manage the cleaning operations across a prestigious client site. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.
This role will ensure the seamless execution of both general housekeeping services and Core Cleaning services.
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee all cleaning operations during the 14:00– 23:00, ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role will have responsibility for approximately 66 cleaning team members, plus a Night Team of approximately 15 employees who start at 22:00 Monitor and optimise cleaning workflows using structured methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste. Implement and manage advanced cleaning technologies, including robotic scrubber dryers. Conduct regular audits and inspections, addressing service improvements proactively. Maintain strong client relationships, responding to requests and feedback efficiently. There is a strong management structure already in place, including an Evening Assistant Manager and four Supervisors, as well as an experienced Night Supervisor. Therefore, there is good operational support across the shifts. There is access to the on-site pantries, where drinks, coffee and snacks are available throughout the day.
