Salary/Rate: £13.50/hour
Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of closure liners and flexible packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health care, personal care, household and industrial applications.
Main Duties:
- Staging raw materials reels and adhesives
- End-of-shift cleaning
- Cleaning as required, instructed by lead operator
- Loading completed reels onto stillages
- Loading raw materials onto the unwinders
- Joining materials
- Charging of electric trucks
- Emptying waste bins, general waste, hazardous waste
- Gathering empty stillages
- Storage of completed stillages
- Sourcing stationery items (tapes, pens, flags etc.)
- Monitoring production quality
- Assisting the Lead Operator as required
Training will be provided to the suitable candidate.
Rotating Shifts: 10.00pm - 6.00am (Monday - Friday) / 6.00am - 2.00pm (Monday - Friday)
Rates of Pay: £13.50 per hour, Overtime Rate £14.00 per hour. Paid weekly and immediate start. This is a temporary to permanent position for the successful candidate.
