A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious Glasgow Airport site.
Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor:
- Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
- Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
- Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
- Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Working as part of a team
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor:
- A minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners
- Would require to pass a DBS/Disclosure Scotland background check
- Must have a continuous 5 year work history
- Have knowledge of COSHH
- Have a good eye for detail
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Can you work well with a team
- Take pride in their work
- Are flexible to meet needs of the business
