A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our clients prestigious Glasgow Airport site.
Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor:
- Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check.
- Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site.
- Understand KPI/SLAs and to meet these monthly including audits.
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives.
- Responsible for cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas, and warehouse.
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Working as part of a team.
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor:
- A minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners.
- Would require to pass a DBS/Disclosure Scotland background check.
- Must have a continuous 5 year work history.
- Have knowledge of COSHH.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Can you work well with a team.
- Take pride in their work.
- Are flexible to meet needs of the business.
