About The Role

Are you looking for a new challenge within the FM sector?

Do you enjoy working with a team and taking ownership of delivery onsite.

You're primary focus is to assist in managing the operational day to day performance/standard as well as implementation & continuous review of strategy & processes across the services.

You'll assist in managing & overseeing the efficient & effective operation of the Soft Services within the contract Cleaning, maintaining agreed contractual specification standards, ‘Service Level Agreements’ & ‘Key Performance Indictors.

You'll enhance the customer experience & reputation across the client organisation.

  • Key accountability
  • To manage 6/7 Cleaners, direct, oversee, report, review & continually improve the following operationally elements, processes & procedures, ensuring professionalism & excellent standards at all times
  • Daily, weekly, monthly & periodic tasks undertaken by the frontline teams (cleaning & carparks)
  • Audits & regular inspections of all areas & services of the site including measurement & rectification of any issues & actions.

Stock management including use, storage, ordering etc.

  • Audits & regular inspections of all in scope machinery & equipment including rectification of any faults
  • Incident & accidents including risk management, escalation, reporting & lessons learnt
  • Team rotas & related procedures for timekeeping, absences, holiday, sickness & payroll
  • This will be a hands on role with some support for the core cleaning team.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisation skills Leads by example.

  • The ability to listen & understand the needs of a client, company & team members & adapt the service offering accordingly
  • Self-motivated & driven with the ability to work in pressurised commercial/retail & customer facing environments

  • Process driven with the ability to flex & continually improve in line with business requirements
  • Must have good skills using laptops and emails.
