Dynamic Planner is a key part of a broad, complicated, and highly detailed ecosystem of platforms, providers, technology partners, and data sources. We are proud of our market‑leading integrations estate, and our Open API capabilities, and continue to build on these with our provider, ecosystem & platform relationships, open API for customers, ecosystem partners and advice firms, and a commercialisation strategy that blends data access, usage‑based pricing, and strategic new partnerships to ensure we complement and compete in the market.
Location: Hybrid / Reading
Responsibilities:
- Proactive partner relationship management across existing integrations.
- Reactive management of partner changes, upgrade and enhancements.
- Cultivate new partnerships through keen market monitoring and proactive outreach.
- Work with the Product team to prioritise a tactical short‑term roadmap and a 12‑24 month roadmap for our integrations partnerships.
- Propose and lead on business and partnership models (license, tiered API, embedded UX, or per‑event pricing).
- Lead cross‑functional teams, indirectly and directly, to deliver on company goals; may include line management as required.
- Work alongside product owners & solutions architects to ensure we are meeting market and customer requirements as well as our business and technical goals.
- Package value propositions for commercial and technical buyers.
- Co‑lead launch plans with Marketing and Sales.
- Educate, train, and support our GTM colleagues in day‑to‑day support queries, sales requests, or troubleshooting.
Competencies:
- Hands‑on experience with APIs; familiarity with Python, SQL, or Power BI for data analysis.
- Mastery of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage complex rollout plans and milestones.
- Awareness of UK‑specific frameworks for financial advice, including FCA and PRA rules, and GDPR.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences such as legal, sales, or executive teams.
- Typically 3–8 years in technical integration management, implementation, or professional services, preferably within FinTech or B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience with major financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Previous work in regulated environments, handling data migrations and post‑acquisition integrations.
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business; professional certifications like PMP, Prince2 desirable but not essential.
- Thrive across every stage of relationship management, from initial engagement to complex commercial negotiation.
- Blend sharp commercial insight with rigorous product delivery discipline to drive strong outcomes.
