Growing the branch by overseeing the functioning of various components in the branch
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the refrigeration industry
- Managerial experience
- Technical refrigeration product knowledge (existing network in the industry)
- Create, improve, implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly
- Analyse product sales performance and resolve issue causing slow moving stock
- Recruit, select, on-board new employees for the branch
- Review and report on the item group sales performance to the Sales Manager
- Call and visit branch customer base on a regular basis
