Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon); 8:30am to 5:45pm (Tue to Fri); 8:30am to 12:30pm (Alternate Sat)
Working Location: Alexandra Road
Basic Salary range: $2,600 – $2,800, OT payable
1-Year Contract Position.
What You'll Be Doing:
- As a Vehicle Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are well‑maintained, presentable, and ready for showroom display, marketing events, test drives, and new car deliveries.
- Prepare and clean vehicles for marketing events, including polishing, fuelling, and charging.
- Ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition prior to customer handover.
- Install event car plates and carry out basic vehicle checks.
- Maintain showroom display vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Position vehicles correctly and ensure labels and signage are properly placed.
- Monitor and maintain EV charging systems.
- Support daily showroom operations and setup activities.
- Liaise closely with Sales Consultants to facilitate smooth new car delivery processes.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, movement, and setup for incoming new stock.
- Promptly flag and elevate any vehicle issues to the relevant parties.
- Carry out ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Who We're Looking For:
- Key Qualifications:
- 12‑Month Contract Position.
- Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or equivalent.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence.
- At least 3 years of experience in a logistics role (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
