Basic Salary range: $2,300 – $2,600, OT payable, with AWS

Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and local shipments by receiving, checking, storing, and binning parts accurately
- Pick, process, and issue parts efficiently to support workshop servicing and repair operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and backorder management
- Support local purchasing activities, including quotations and handling parts returns
- Replenish stock and coordinate stock transfers to satellite parts stores
- Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards
- Assist in operational projects such as 3PL migration and warehouse relocation
- Work closely with internal departments and provide support for ad-hoc operational requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years of warehousing experience (automotive industry experience is an added advantage)
- Valid light forklift licence (below 2.5T) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively
