Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat)

Basic Salary range: $2,300 – $2,600, OT payable, with AWS

Working Location: Alexandra Road

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and local shipments by receiving, checking, storing, and binning parts accurately
  • Pick, process, and issue parts efficiently to support workshop servicing and repair operations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and backorder management
  • Support local purchasing activities, including quotations and handling parts returns
  • Replenish stock and coordinate stock transfers to satellite parts stores
  • Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards
  • Assist in operational projects such as 3PL migration and warehouse relocation
  • Work closely with internal departments and provide support for ad-hoc operational requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of warehousing experience (automotive industry experience is an added advantage)
  • Valid light forklift licence (below 2.5T) is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively
