We are a growing company operating in two of the UK’s most dynamic sectors: Solar Energy and Fibre Infrastructure. We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead our finance function and serve as a key pillar in our expansion. This is a hands-on leadership role based in Radlett. You will be responsible for the full financial lifecycle of our infrastructure projects, ensuring robust controls, accurate project accounting, and strategic reporting to support our continued growth.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Professional: You must be a fully qualified Financial Controller (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Construction Expertise: Proven experience in a project-led Construction environment is essential.
- Compliance Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) and Domestic Reverse Charge VAT.
- Project Accounting: Expert ability to manage Work in Progress (WIP) and revenue recognition for complex, multi-year infrastructure rollouts.
The Ideal Candidate
- Systems: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) is highly desirable.
