We are a growing infrastructure company with long-term contracts and operations across the UK and Germany. We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Accountant to join our finance team.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Radlett, Greater London.
Please only apply if you:
- Speak German fluently
- Have previous accounting experience in Germany or working for a German company
- Have practical knowledge of German accounting processes
- Applications without German language skills and German accounting experience will not be considered.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting accounting activities for our German operations
- Processing supplier invoices and customer accounts
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Working with German accountants, suppliers and project teams
- Supporting month-end accounting
- Maintaining accurate financial and project records
- Assisting the wider finance team across our UK and German businesses
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage.
- Experience with DATEV would also be beneficial.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities or engineering would be useful but is not essential.
