We are looking for skilled and experienced Piling Operators to join our construction teams on infrastructure and solar projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating piling rigs and related heavy machinery, ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate piling rigs and other heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently;
  • Carry out daily maintenance and inspection of machinery before operation;
  • Assist with the assembly and dismantling of piling equipment (masts, hammers, augers, etc.);
  • Work closely with engineers and surveyors to ensure accurate pile positioning;
  • Record work progress and report any issues or equipment faults;
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Piling Operator, Rig Driver, or similar role;
  • Valid operator certification / machine license (excavator or piling equipment);
  • Understanding of construction drawings and site layout;
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in variable outdoor conditions;
  • Flexibility for travel and site-based work (UK & EU projects);
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken & written)
