At Bruker Biosensors, we are committed to strengthening our customer relations team to promote our new innovative heliX® and SPR #64 ‘Triceratops’ biosensors and are seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as Technical Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with high-level scientists about their research activities to identify technical fits.
- Develop opportunities to implement our cutting-edge technology.
- Promote technology with the capability to fight cancer and other diseases at the forefront of next-generation drug development.
- Address advanced scientific instruments for high-end research challenges in academia and industry.
- Attend conferences and trade shows to learn about technical challenges and engage in scientific discussions.
- Explain cutting-edge technology in a comprehensible way through presentations and seminars.
- Coordinate technology evaluation projects and manage collaboration with scientists.
- Travel within an international work environment.
Qualifications:
- A friendly and outgoing personality with great team spirit and natural sales talent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus a keenness to start conversations.
- A background in biotechnology, biophysics, chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or similar (BSc, MSc, or PhD degree).
- The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and self-organise using a structured approach.
- Experience in sales, biophysical methods for molecular interaction analysis (SPR or other), drug discovery, or advanced laboratory equipment is a plus.
This is a remote work position based within the assigned territory, with 50% travel involving business trips to customers, collaboration partners, and HQ in Munich.
