Dynamic Asset Recovery provides IT Equipment Recycling and Disposal services throughout the UK. We work with clients across a wide spectrum of industries, providing them with a complete solution for their redundant or end of life Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). Our processes and business are always developing and we want talented people with a passion for learning to develop with us. Our mission is to become one of the UK's largest specialised professional WEEE disposal companies by refining and growing what we have already built.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with fault finding on laptop, notebook technologies
  • Use of tools and software to effectively grade and diagnose hardware faults on laptop devices
  • Handling data and device disposal in line with quality and environmental policies
  • Recording of device serial numbers and deploying of Windows OS images via imaging software
  • Replacement of hardware components in laptop devices such as screens, hinges, plastics, batteries, keyboards, motherboards
  • Experience of Apple Devices
  • Maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety whilst performing key duties
  • General Housekeeping duties

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am – 5.00pm (Monday-Friday)

Requirements

  • Previous and proven experience of working within an IT hardware-based role
  • Comfortable with performing fixes such as motherboard replacement, screen replacement, battery replacement, keyboard replacements
  • In-depth knowledge of IT related hardware
