Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be expected to run multiple CNC Machines. Working in a team environment on a two-shift pattern, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.
Responsibilities
- Setting/operating multiple CNC machines following standard operating instructions
- Achieve relevant productivity levels
- Follow H&S rules and regulations
Required Skills and Competences
- Competent in Setting, Running and understanding a Machining centre
- Experienced in Mazak, Fanuc operating systems
- Demonstrate experience within a manufacturing / precision engineering environment.
- Be able to produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications, efficiently and accurately.
- Confident in the uses of a variety of inspection equipment and methods to validate product.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to question and make decisions based on data and facts.
- Working within a team to achieve departmental and business objectives
General:
- Maintain good housekeeping practises in line with the Company 5s standards
- Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those related to Health and Safety, Data Protection and the issued Employee Handbook
- Be expected to carry out any other such duties as may reasonably be required.
Education & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work to instructions with limited supervision.
- Capability of working in a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving and solutions finding attitude.

- Based on site at our factory in Castle Donington – Dynamic Aerospace Fabrications Ltd, 10a Sills Road, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2US
- Salary – £34,500 – £37,500 per annum
- Full time
- Hours – 2 shifts
- – Monday to Thursday 6:0 am to 2:00 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 1:00 pm
- – Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
