Exciting times at JDP! As we continue to grow, we’re launching a new branch in Newbury to strengthen our regional presence along the M4 corridor. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the team from day one, helping to build and shape a new venture with the full support of our highly experienced operational and sales teams.

We're opening a branch in Newbury and are looking for someone with a passion for customer service. If you're motivated by sales and results then we want you to get in touch! We are actively looking to appoint a Trade Counter Sales person to be there from the start as we look to establish a footprint in Newbury. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you can really make a difference whilst at the same time ensuring that the last customer of the day receives the same high standard of service as the first, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
Your job
- Run the day to day processes of the branch
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Proactive selling on the telephone
- Advising and assisting customers at the Trade Counter
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline
- Create proactive trade counter promotions to customers to maximise the growth of the branch
