An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Secondary Risk Assessment Unit (SRAU) Officer in (SRAU).
What you will be doing?
- SRAU officer will have responsibility for quality assuring all levels of Domestic Abuse (DA) risk gradings, to provide a consistent and comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) process across the force area and to ensure every domestic incident receives the appropriate level of supervision and response.
- Any change in risk grading will be communicated to the Office in the Case (OIC) via Niche Tasking.
- To prioritise domestic related custody cases to ensure that the risk assessments are quality assured in preparation for DMM.
- Review previous domestic occurrences and PNC history for Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) cases, summarise and present at Daily MARAC (DM) conference call.
- Complete and/or allocate police actions from DM action plan.
