An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Human Resources Support Officer in People Services.
What you will be doing?
- To support divisional/departmental managers in the effective management of staff, ensuring the people related issues are dealt with in line with Force Policy and best practice.
- To be responsible for the development and updating of Human Resources document management systems ensuring information can be accessed by colleagues as appropriate.
- To provide support to line managers dealing with people related issues, including attendance and performance, misconduct (police staff), fairness at work, organisation change and recruitment and selection.
