Farddderion Darparu goruchwyliaeth llinell gyntaf i’r Tîm Cymorth Datblygu Pobl a’r Sefydliad, gan reoli eu lles, yn ogystal â chyflenwi prosesau recriwtio a chymorth datblygu pŵl a’r sefydliad. Gweithredu rhaglenni hyfforddi a ddatblygu, gan sicrhau bod sgiliau staff yn cael eu gwella o ran swyddogaethau’r tîm i ddarparu mwy o gadernid o fewn yr adran.
