Position: Police Staff – People & Organisational Development, Force Dyfed Powys Police (Carmarthen, Headquarters). Grade E. Permanent, Full Time. Pay: £32,613 – £35,772 per annum, 37 hours per week. Welsh language proficiency level 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line supervision to the People and OD Support Team, managing their welfare and wellbeing and overseeing recruitment and OD support delivery.
  • Implement and deliver training and development programmes to upskill staff and enhance resilience within the Department.
  • Ensure recruitment targets are achieved in line with the Strategic Workforce Plan.
