Project Officer – Service Unit Improvement Dyfed Powys Police – Service Improvement Unit (Grade D). Salary £28,914 – £30,897 per annum. Full‑time, Permanent, 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects, from initial concept to implementation.
- Manage organisational change and improvement initiatives.
- Identify, assess and report on risk and benefits.
- Support the development of business cases and feasibility proposals.
- Ensure project plans are developed in accordance with project aims, objectives and management standards.
- Actively support project delivery and change, demonstrating a solutions‑focused mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
