We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Farm Administrator at Dyfed Farm Vets.

Location: To be based at our site in Carmarthen, Llysonnen Road, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, UK, SA31 3SA

Contract: Permanent

Contracted Hours: 16.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, with a 1:4 share in the Saturday rota. The exact rota is below:

  • Monday: 14.00 - 17.30
  • Wednesday: 09.00 - 17.30
  • Friday: 12.00 - 17.30
  • 1:4 Saturdays: 08.30 - 13.00

About Dyfed Farm Vets: Dyfed Farm Vets is a group of dedicated farm-only practices covering Carmarthenshire with a team of experienced passionate farm vets. We value ourselves as a friendly farmer-focused practice assisting our clients to maximise their outputs. Each practice within the group has its own clinical team, practice and dispensary. As a group we look to offer South West Wales the very best farm vets for the region.

About the Role: We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Good IT skills, a high attention to detail and a confident telephone manner are required. You will be able to provide a professional and efficient administration service to our clients, with a first-class standard of customer care. You will be a strong team player who is also confident working independently.
