Description
As a Senior Marketing & Communications Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping Credas achieve its goals by creating compelling content that engages, educates, and informs our customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, product-led marketing content that effectively communicates how Credas' solutions address and solve key customer challenges.
- Create engaging and compelling content in a variety of formats from articles, blogs, audio and video to help build brand awareness and generate leads across various platforms.
- Take ownership of the content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic publishing.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content for live events, including presentations, speaker briefs, and event-related materials.
- Manage and grow Credas' social media presence by developing and executing engaging campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Customer Experience (CX) team to support overall team goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop and manage press releases and media engagement strategies.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and copywriting.
- Proficient in managing and updating websites.
- Knowledge of email marketing software and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of how content impacts various stages of the customer journey.
