Credas is an award-winning, values-driven, and fast-growing technology company with a modern and progressive approach to working.
As our business continues to flourish, we are expanding our accomplished sales team. We are actively seeking an experienced individual with a background in selling to the legal sector. This role is a new business opportunity, requiring proficiency in cold calling and active participation in legal events nationwide. The position offers flexibility, allowing the option to be based in Cardiff on a hybrid basis (1 day a week WFH).
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within law firms and legal organizations.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AML/IDV solutions and articulate how they address specific challenges faced by legal professionals.
- Consultative Selling: Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position our solutions effectively in the legal sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure strategy alignment and effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, ensuring our CRM tool is kept current with your notes and activities.
- Target: This is a targeted new business hunter role, with the expectation of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Cold Calling: While our business receives numerous incoming leads monthly, your role includes making 30 cold calls daily and self-generating business.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AML regulations and IDV solutions is desirable.
