Colas Ltd is seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer for our Cheshire West and Chester team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover at our Guilden Sutton depot (CH3 7EX).
You will drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
The role involves maintaining management systems, coordinating audits, analysing performance data and supporting LEAN improvements across sites.
A full UK driving licence is advantageous.
