Colas UK is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team at the Coleshill depot, Birmingham. You will manage budgets, cost forecasting and provide commercial reporting across the Area 9 Highways Maintenance and Response Contract, liaising with project teams, client stakeholders and subcontractors to maximise value and minimise risk.
The role requires around five years post-qualification experience, a BSc in Quantity Surveying, and familiarity with NEC, JCT or similar.
