Company Description We are a family owned and run national haulage company, with 4 depots across the UK and our Head Office in Dyce, Aberdeen. We are looking for a reliable & trustworthy Senior Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within our finance and administration department, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations and supporting the wider office team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, detail focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Oversight of the purchase ledger processEntry of supplier purchase invoices into SageProcessing of daily sales invoicesWeekly processing of staff wagesMonthly processing of PAYEDaily bank reconciliationsRecording and administering staff holiday sheetsSupporting the Office Manager with general administrative and financial tasksPerforming general finance-related administrative duties as requiredRequirements Proven experience in an admin role - essentialStrong working knowledge of Sage accounting software - essentialUnderstanding of payroll processes, PAYE, and purchase/sales ledgerExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a small office teamProficiency in Microsoft OfficeDiscretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationWhat We Offer A supportive and friendly working environmentCompetitive salary and benefitsThis is a stable and varied role within a successful business.
