DXP Talent is working with a growing, market-leading business based in Reading who have an opportunity for a mid/senior Software Engineer with a strong Python/Django background to join the team. React experience is also useful.
In addition to building new product features across Desktop Applications, you will be someone who enjoys mentoring and will work with the junior team members to help them transition to a new tech stack (Python/Django, React) and play a real role in helping them to develop - pairing, advising, reviewing code etc.
The Role
- Build and maintain features across our stack (Python, Django, React), collaborating with teams in the UK, US and LATAM.
- Partner with product managers and designers to turn requirements into well-scoped, well-built features.
- Set the bar for code quality and testing.
- Collaborate directly with the senior engineers in the organisation on maintaining.
