DXP Talent are working with an established brand in the heart of Bicester, Oxfordshire to recruit for a Senior IT Support Engineer. The role of the Senior IT Support Engineer is to work as part of a small team to provide technical support to over 1000 users whilst also providing outstanding customer service to users and acting as a point of escalation for junior members of the team and almost acting as an unofficial team lead to provide support, direction and technical assistance across the team.
As well as having good technical skills and great customer service, you will have an aptitude for supporting and mentoring junior members of the team and immerse yourself as part of the hardworking yet rewarding culture of the Team/Business.
