DXP Talent is hiring for a Data Migration and Customer Onboarding Specialist to join a market leading business in Reading. The Data Migration and Customer Onboarding Specialist will primarily be involved in migrating new customer's data across from their existing products into our clients software and supporting the customer with all aspects of onboarding. The role involves a lot of customer interaction as well being 'spreadsheet heavy' so ideal candidates will have a strong background in working in data migration of critical information alongside great communication skills and be comfortable with customer interactions/client facing meetings. You'll be based in Reading 2 to 3 days a week.
Your specific responsibilities:
- Support new and existing customers and their onboarding of data
- Perform data mapping and manage complex datasets with a high level of attention to detail
- Migrate customers' data into our preferred format
