Network Security Engineer Southampton Hybrid Working £50,000 – £60,000 DXP Talent are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Southampton based client to act as their Network Security SME. You’ll be joining a small IT team to look after all things Network related and be the escalation point for all Network troubleshooting and issues. Day to day you’ll be managing and monitoring the Network Infrastructure, supporting and managing Fortigate Firewalls, Switches & Routers and Wireless Networks – our clients estate is all Cloud based (Azure) so you should have experience of supporting similar set ups. In addition, The Network Engineer will be looking at ways (and implementing) to improve the Infrastructure alongside managing Vulnerabilities, Threat Detection & Prevention and managing Incident Response. My client work on a flexible, hybrid basis where you could be on site a couple of days or week or occasionally visiting other site locations so the role will suit someone who drives.
