IT Support Analyst Birmingham - hybrid working 12 Months Inside IR35 £200 to £250 We are hiring for an IT Support Analyst to join an existing support team to provide 1st and 2nd Line services into the Public Sector on an initial 12 month contract.

The role is predominantly based on-site at our clients office in Birmingham with the ability to work remotely 1-2 days per week depending on the demands of the role.

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and fulfilment of service requests in accordance with ITIL best practices.

The role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining accurate service records, escalating complex problems when appropriate and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Incident Management Receive, log, categorise, prioritise, and resolve incidents.

Restore service within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting.

Escalate unresolved incidents to higher-level support teams.
