DXP Talent is working with an international business, who is hiring for an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Sandy - please note the role is based on-site.
The IT Support Engineer will be providing a mix of 1st and 2nd Line Support whilst working as part of a small, supportive team that provides opportunity to further grow your technical skills and experience. There are numerous examples of people progressing their careers and developing their skills (they provide training budgets) so someone with a desire to learn, develop and a general enthusiasm for IT will likely be a good fit.
Based onsite in Sandy, you will naturally have outstanding customer service and communication skills and will support users across a range of technologies including Windows 11, O365, Local Network Support and the chance to further your IT skills across on-site operational technology. This isn’t ticket logging; you will be someone who enjoys troubleshooting and finding the root cause of the issue before applying fixes and resolving issues at the first time of asking.

Skills & Experience:- Proven IT Support experience including troubleshooting and fault finding
- Windows 11 - O365 (Active Directory, Exchange, Intune)
- Local Network Support (Cisco Meraki experience is a bonus)
- Any exposure to operational technology such as barcode scanners, POS, labelling machines
- MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A VEHICLE
