DXP Talent is hiring for an Exchange/Messaging Engineer with experience in eDiscovery to join a Global Consultancy Client for an initial 6 months. The role is remote but may require occasional trips to London.
The Messaging/eDiscovery Engineer will be working with both Litigation and Email Messaging teams to deliver discovery and legal hold capabilities as well as assisting with general messaging requests and incidents as operational needs require.
Candidates will ideally have experience working in large, corporate organisations and have demonstrable experience with eDiscovery as well as a few years M365 and Exchange experience to support, troubleshoot and maintain Email/Messaging platforms. Experience with Mimecast is also required.
Day to day tasks:- Supporting senior engineers in preparing and processing data for Legal department requests.
- Support the administration and day-to-day operation of IT systems and applications used for legal hold and discovery workflows.
- Working with the Messaging Team and other IT Support Teams to resolve issues relating to Exchange/Exchange Online and M365.
- Assisting the team with day to day tasks within the global discovery and litigation hold program under direct supervision of the infrastructure management teams.
