We are seeking a collaborative, purpose-driven Account Director / Client Success Manager to lead the growth of our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) business across NHS England, NHS Trusts, and the UK Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors. This strategic position combines account leadership, client partnership, and market development. You will guide a $30M+ portfolio, support NHS digital and operational priorities, and play a central role in DXC’s expansion into Life Sciences and Pharma.
Key Responsibilities- P&L Ownership and Strategic Leadership
- Lead and grow a Healthcare & Life Sciences portfolio with responsibility for $30M+ revenue
- Develop account strategies aligned with NHS and Life Sciences priorities
- Drive sustainable revenue through consulting-led engagements and new opportunities
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Act as the senior commercial partner for CES across your accounts
- Build trusted relationships with NHS England, ICS, and Trust digital leaders
- Align CES services to digital transformation, data, platform modernisation, and patient outcome priorities
- Originate consulting engagements that spark larger transformation programmes
- Expand CES presence across enterprise applications, digital engineering, and data platforms
- Lead new client acquisition across UK Life Sciences & Pharma
- Shape the CES market entry strategy and build senior relationships
- Identify opportunities across enterprise platforms, digital engineering, AI, data, and consulting
- Establish consulting-led entry points that grow into long-term partnerships
- Lead discovery sessions to understand clinical, business, and technology challenges
- Shape consulting engagements and transformation programmes
- Represent CES capabilities across multiple solution areas
- Partner closely with internal consulting, architecture, delivery, and partner teams
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
- Understand client operating models, regulatory environments, and transformation priorities
- Act as the primary commercial liaison ensuring alignment between client needs and delivery
- Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline
- Lead deal strategy and value positioning
- Ensure alignment with DXC governance and commercial standards
