This is a critical, site-based role responsible for ensuring the right skills are in place at the right time to meet client demand, working closely with account leadership, delivery teams, and recruitment.
As Account Resourcing Lead, you will take ownership of workforce planning, demand management, and fulfilment across the account. You will act as the key link between delivery, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders, ensuring resourcing strategies align with financial, operational, and contractual objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end resource planning and demand management for the account.
- Work with delivery and account leadership to understand current and future resource needs.
