We are expanding our European Cyber Security Sales organisation and seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales Executive to lead major pursuit cycles, shape enterprise security programmes, and deepen relationships with senior client stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the cyber landscape, can navigate complex clients, and excels at positioning cyber security as a business enabler. You will work directly with C-suite leaders and partner closely with DXC's presales, architecture, and delivery teams to craft compelling, multi-domain security propositions. Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex cyber security sales cycles from qualification to closure
- Deliver revenue growth across DXC's Cyber Security portfolio
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across existing and new accounts
- Strategic Cyber Engagement: Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand risk, security priorities, and transformation needs; shape cyber roadmaps and articulate clear business outcomes; create value propositions across areas including MSS, SOC/MDR, zero trust, identity, cloud security, and resilience
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with presales, architects, and delivery leaders; drive cross-sell opportunities across cloud, apps, data, and enterprise services; collaborate with industry teams to tailor solutions to sector-specific challenges
- Forecasting & Governance: Maintain accurate pipeline governance and forecasting discipline; provide weekly updates on deal progress, customer engagement, and opportunity status
- Proven experience selling cyber security services or solutions into enterprise clients
- Strong track record leading multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles
- Understanding of modern security disciplines (MDR, SOC, zero trust, identity, cloud, GRC, resilience)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
- Willingness to travel when required
- Experience selling into regulated industries
- Background in major IT services or security consulting organisations
- Understanding of how cyber security intersects with digital and cloud transformation
