Senior SAP Business Consultant

DXC continues to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and in Europe and are looking for senior SAP solution architects and leaders to be part of our team. You are someone that actively wants to be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal from participating in the initial sales engagement through to supporting our delivery colleagues in the execution with your subject matter expertise. You will have the opportunity to work across several accounts both in the UK and in Europe and across multiple industries. The Role

• Opportunity Analysis: Understand the client context and requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP). Validate opportunity by understanding the business challenges, current technology architecture and scope of work and how it matches to DXC’s capability and offering strategy.
• Solution Design and Development: Develop the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services) by shaping, interpreting and helping define client requirements to ensure they address business goals. Differentiate against competition in terms of price, quality, timelines, client effort, and risk mitigation. Define all elements of the solution model in detail including: Scope of services, The target architecture, Delivery Model & staffing estimates including role, location, level and capacity, Risk catalogue and mitigation plan. Share and advocate best practices, allocate and manage allowable cost targets for solutions.
• Solution/Project Delivery: Deliver the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services) in a SAP functional lead consultant capacity or as a Program Manager. Senior SAP Consultant (either of the modules like MM, SD, FI, CO, PM, WM/EWM, PP/QM, HXM, Integration) participate in SAP implementation & rollout projects as lead facing customers business: Engagement within an international work environment. Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP processes to the client. Drive requirements analysis/blueprints/explore sessions using show & tell techniques promoting standard SAP processes, identifying gaps, getting those functionally designed, configured or customized. Propose, develop or configure, document and test according to the functional and technical requirements by working closely with the development team. Build relationship and trust with clients.

Requirements:

• Most recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation.
• Minimum four full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects with an active role.
• At least 6 years of solid SAP business process knowledge and SAP business process blue printing experience as a functional consultant in one of the process areas below: Order to Cash (SD, LE, EWM), Procure to Pay (MM, Ariba), Record to Report (FI, CO), Forecast to Stock (PP, QM, PM), Recruit to Retire (SuccessFactors (EC, Payroll, Recruitment, Time, Onboarding, Talent), People Analytics, Core HR, Payroll), Technical Integration (SAP Integration suite, BTP, IAM, MDG).
• Special Attention will be paid for Demonstrated performance in SAP functional project delivery. Client consulting skills and demonstrated experience.

Education and Experience:

• 10 or more years’ experience in consultative solution building and delivery.
• 5-10 years experience in project/program management.
• Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus.
• You are fluent in English (both spoken and written).
