What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity and contingent workforce planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners.

  • Strong recruitment experience, ideally in tech hiring.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology.
  • Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes.
