We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the hiring process and are dedicated to creating a supportive, accessible environment for everyone.
We are looking for a dynamic insurance industry Product Advocacy Champion with expertise in Life & Composite and/or the London Market and Lloyd’s ecosystem, including carrier, reinsurer, broker, and MGA markets. You create visibility, generate momentum, and make noise in the right places. You move fast with a self-starter mindset — but you won’t be working in isolation. You’ll have full access to leaders across marketing, product, and sales, translating market insights into sharp positioning, GTM execution, and roadmap influence.
This is the role for someone energized by outpacing competitors for mindshare, who knows how to ignite customer-centric narratives, and who influences effectively across every channel where the market pays attention.
Key Responsibilities- Establish messaging frameworks and compelling product positioning content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be accountable and responsible for executing go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Collaborate and partner with marketing teams to expand campaign reach.
- Synthesize competitive intelligence and market perspectives to sharpen positioning, sales enablement, and to inform regional recommendations for GTM execution.
- Collaborate with analyst relations team and drive regional AR results.
- Serve as the resource to competitively articulate DXC’s differentiated value propositions with AI and policy administration technology for your markets.
- Contribute with thought leadership for ghostwriting or by-lined content and show up as a charismatic, credible presence on stage and in the InsurTech market.
- Build and partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to create enablement assets and campaign content.
- Proven experience in technology go-to-market, product marketing, or product management within insurance markets.
- Strong familiarity or experience positioning technology, Insurtech, or Artificial Intelligence within Life, Composite, London Market, Lloyd’s, or P&C sectors.
- Understanding of policy administration systems, insurance platform technology, insurance data ecosystems, or BPS environments.
- Experience with product advocacy or marketing in agentic AI, platform orchestration, and policy administration systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver product positioning and GTM strategies that cut through in competitive insurance technology markets.
- Skilled at analysing market trends and translating insights into clear, compelling business value for insurance audiences.
- A confident, collaborative communicator across leaders, product, sales, marketing, analysts, and external audiences.
- A journalism mindset — curious, fast, and able to find and tell the story that matters.
- Passionate about agentic AI, AI enablement, customer experience, InsurTech innovation, and insurance technology transformation.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts easily across time zones and geographies.
