At DXC, we have a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, where we manage their personal lending business. We provide support to customers and colleagues contacting us with financial enquiries and requests about their loan account. We also provide support to our clientβs loan product finance team.
We are looking for a colleague to join our Operations Project Team managing the Change Control process between the operation and the client, liaising with business analysts and project managers throughout the life of a change. In addition, you will be working with Business Operations Managers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure small business process changes are impact assessed and clearly understood.

What tasks might a Project Analyst do?
- Providing support to Business Analysts in collating and compiling solution proposals that meet the requirements of the change.
- Coordinating tasks required to complete the Change Control management process between client representatives and internal teams.
- Reporting to Management Teams progress of change requests and scheduled deployments.
- Liaising with all parties to support the implementation of changes aiming to minimise business impact and ensure successful delivery of change.
- Driving business improvements by running the Ideas Hub β Our continuous improvement initiative.
- Assisting with writing and distribution of internal business communications.
- Utilising internal systems to help check customer details, track loan statuses and arrange chasers when necessary.
- Utilising strong written and verbal communication skills to help log updates and outcomes when engaging in data analysis.
- Working to core Key Performance Indicators.
Desired Experience:
Whilst experience within projects and change would be advantageous, those with transferable skills will also be considered for the role. Some of the desired previous experiences we would find advantageous may be:
- Taking responsibility for Change Requests from receipt and inception through to post-implementation review and analysis, including coordinating input to Impact Assessment documentation and estimates from all business stakeholders.
- Ensuring consistent and effective communication with all business and client stakeholders for each Change request as it progresses through the Change Control process, including organising and chairing meetings and workshops as required.
- Acting as primary contact for the client and the business operation for all Change control matters and as liaison between the two for all communication including requests, responses and enquiries.
- Planning, organising, managing and conducting User Acceptance Testing as required for forthcoming changes.
- Liaising with the Workforce Management, Supervisor and Training teams where required to schedule training and testing for each Change.
- Assisting with the organisation of Change Review Boards (CRB) meetings and maintaining the agenda and minutes.
- Undertaking analysis of cost/benefit ratios, productivity savings, resource requirements and post-implementation reviews for Change requests as required and presenting the results to interested parties.
Work Environment:
This role is a full-time role that is office-based working on our site at Cobalt Business Park, Mercury House. Induction training is for a period of 4 weeks to allow for completion of mandatory training, followed by on-the-job training with our Operations Project Team. Your working hours will be between 9am β 5pm, Monday to Friday, equating to a 37.5hr working week. The role will be 100% office-based for a minimum of 6 months, then depending on review of competency you may be granted 1 day working from home per week.
